Led by the 1-2-3 overall finish of Joshua Perks, Joe Shairs, and James Pawlicki, the Central Mass Striders won the masters 5K at the GBTC XC Festival within the DCR Elm Bank Park in Wellesley. Dan Verrington and Nakri Dao completed the scoring for CMS against teams such as HFC, GLRR, and GBTC. Nate Jenkins finished 4th overall in the open 5K race who did not field a full team after placing 2nd overall in the 1st USATF New England Grand Prix Cross Country race in Manchester, NH last month.GBTC XC Festival Results
